Following the hail storms back in April/May, I didn't think there was much damage, but a thorough inspection by Art Price and Michael Kilmartin revealed extensive hidden damage that was covered by my homeowner's insurance. Working in the medical field, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to deal with insurance companies. Art and Michael made this process incredibly simple by taking charge from beginning to end. They handled everything—from filing the claim and speaking with the insurance company to being present for the adjuster's inspection. They made sure that every bit of storm damage was accounted for, including the gutters and even my BBQ grill. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Not only was the communication seamless, but the actual replacement was done remarkably fast. Pro-tip for Pearland neighbors: If you were affected by the recent storms, it’s not too late to file a claim. Give them a call for a free inspection. They will likely even upgrade you to the "Vista" Rubberized Asphalt shingles (Class 4 hail impact rating), which is a significant step up from the Class 3 shingles most other companies use. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the assistance and knowledge Art provided in helping me with my storm damaged roof replacement, filing the insurance claim and then how to contest the subsequent denials by my insurance company, I didn’t feel like I was “In good hands” if you catch my drift. The short story is… the insurance company first acknowledged $4k worth of responsibility but after almost 9 months of contesting their denials, multiple reinspection’s, engaging a public adjuster and finally an arbitrator they acknowledged over $35,000 of responsibility. I could not have done this alone. It seems like insurance companies just arbitrarily deny claims hoping homeowners will not contest their decision. I’m here to tell you, you can contest their denials, and win!
